Microsoft Teams und Telefonie – Ein Must Have für den Modern Workplace
Michael Plettner & Thorsten Pickhan

In this session I’ll share real life customer cases of how you could (and should) start adopting Teams to field workers. My examples are from manufacturing, construction and retail industries, but suitable for most. We’ll go through some of the most common challenges and how to overcome them. Then we’ll dig a bit deeper and take a look at what Teams as a Platform could mean to field workers. We’ll focus on mobile usage and how to make Teams user friendly for people whose work does not revolve around computers.

Session takeaways:
– How teams adoption for field workers differs from knowledge workers
– How to utilise Teams as a Platform with field workers

Antje Lamartine & Thomas Goelles

· wie bewältigen Schulen diese Krise mit Microsoft Teams;
· wie kann diese Zeit von den Schulen genutzt werden, um den Status quo herauszufordern;
